Her senses alert – Observing joyous gift of Non Malignant Love –
The Wobbly Bridge adapting – To Them – For Them –
Ageing Arms – steadied – By Ages of Love – Of Loving
Captured – As Lens merged with Lens –
And Dionysos took his poison –
A Millenium of darkness disfigured by A Comet Star –
When Love wrote Her Name That Day.
Observing Love between two ageing men on the Millenium bridge I felt privileged to have witnessed such Love and I hope added to their happiness by offering to take a photograph of them Together, one of whom wore a large port wine stain on his face , hence my reference to Dionysos .
